How do you see yourself in Agromillora in 5–10 years?
Personally, I am looking for new opportunities to continue learning, participating in training programmes, and managing the development and implementation of Quality Assurance policies in our subsidiary. I hope to take on new research challenges and boost the capacity of our laboratory in Australia. I see myself developing my capabilities to the maximum in order to contribute to the company’s growth.

How do you see your work area in the coming years?
Managing the transformation of our nursery, implementing the latest technological innovations in our production centres. Soon we will have a new laboratory that will allow us to increase our productive capacity, as well as introduce new plant species. We are planning significant business growth, as well as our capacity in research, development and continuous improvement. Our outlook is bright and full of challenges.

How do you imagine Agromillora in 5-10 years?
I imagine Agromillora strengthening its position in the market, reaching more countries and ultimately reinforcing its position as the world leader in the nursery industry.

Jobs / roles in Agromillora:
I joined Agromillora Maroc as Production Manager and in charge of international logistics (import-export). I was also responsible for managing relations with the government. I am currently responsible for Sales and Quality Assurance.

How do you see yourself in Agromillora in 5–10 years?
I believe that my future within the company will follow the same path that I have followed during the past 12 years in Agromillora Maroc, taking on new roles and responsibilities. I see a future full of challenges, opportunities to continue learning and training to constantly improve how I manage the sales department. With the support of the corporate head office and the training programmes offered throughout the Group, together with efforts by the Agromillora Maroc sales team, I am sure that we will be able to achieve the objectives set for the coming years.

How do you see your work area in the coming years?
I believe that the sales department will grow at the rate of business evolution of the subsidiary. Agromillora Maroc currently sells olive trees, stone fruit trees, vines, persimmon and pomegranate, and we hope that in the future we can add new species. The Quality Assurance department has taken our company to another level of global excellence, which places us clearly at the top of the world ranking of companies in the sector and points to a bright future.

How do you imagine Agromillora in 5-10 years?
I believe that during the next few years Agromillora will expand its global coverage by entering a greater number of countries and consolidating its position at the top of the world nursery sector. I am confident that the company will continue introducing new technologies, new cultivation systems and offering customers products of the highest quality.

Every year we analyse the new challenges and the necessary training so that teams can be even better prepared to face the challenges they will encounter and thus contribute to achieving our objectives. We carry out local and group actions, inviting attendees from all over the world to participate, doing even more to facilitate the exchange between subsidiaries, sharing best practices and creating synergies between stakeholders.

With offer training in all kinds of formats: online, face-to-face, blended learning, group or individual, taught by internal and external expert trainers, development actions, meetings, feedback, etc. For us what really matters is continuous learning.
