What can and should be reported?

Report behaviors that may contravene the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or seek clarification on its interpretation.

Report actions or omissions that may constitute a crime or violation of the law.

Report any action or omission that may constitute a breach of Agromillora's internal regulations.

Report violations of labor law concerning workplace safety and health.

Report instances of harassment, whether physical or verbal, whether related to employment, sexual orientation, gender, or race.
Important: Communications should not include doubts, suggestions, complaints, and/or opinions about an employee's work situation, unless there is a violation of current legislation. Commercial claims should also not be the subject of Communications.
